If the same pen is customized with any particular school name, then that pen can be used by anyone belonging to that school, be it teachers, students, or principals. In this case, the pen is considered a general-use product.
If the same pen is customized with a particular company's name or a website, then it cannot be used by a child, so it is considered as a general use product.
